I work 1:1 with curious, introspective folks who seek to evolve and transform the way they connect to their bodies - specialising in embodiment, body image and the relationship with food/eating.

By blending Intuitive Eating, applied Polyvagal Theory, and Embodied Styling - my original approach to personal styling - I offer a unique service that aids my clientsto return to their bodies - and in doing so, create a safe home there

I’m as invested in theory and exploring the abstract as I am in the practical. I support clients to create space for inner exploration and translate their discoveries into grounded, day to day change.

If we work together expect metaphors and analogies aplenty, space for creative process, soft candor, a touch of whimsy - and a healthy dose of nerdery.
